Facebook launched the news tab!

Facebook is one of the biggest communication media platforms in the world. Any news here quickly spreads through social media.  People in remote areas also get news from any part of the world if they only have internet connectivity.

That's why many people rely on Facebook to watch the news.  Facebook has launched a separate news section to facilitate all media outlets.

Renowned magazines The Guardian, Channel Four, The Daily Mail, Financial Times, Telegraph and Sky News have signed deals with Facebook.  As a result, if you go to the Facebook News tab, you will find links to their news.  The BBC has not yet signed a deal with Facebook.  However, users will have no problem viewing their public posts.

Facebook's mobile app will have a separate icon for news.  If you tap on it, some more options will be available.  The tab will have daily news.  The Facebook algorithm will show the news to each user according to their choice.  According to Facebook authorities, news publishers can earn money from advertising and subscription services.
