Cooling Ability
The fast freeze and cooling features don’t disappoint. If you have this fridge and it takes ages to cool your foodstuff then maybe you got a bad or cloned product.
On a normal basis, the cooling is fast. The freezer section can freeze 3 kg of foodstuff within 2 hrs. Although it’s soft freezing not hard freezing.
This Thermocool fridge also retains coolness for at least a day in the event of a blackout.
It’s not as impressive as some advanced refrigerators from the brand e.g the 347L fridge--- but it is dependable.
Size
So this fridge is small. It’s just 93L. And when you consider the fact that it’s divided into a fridge and freezer then it gets even smaller.
So it is not ideal for storing a large amount of food items. It will serve a small family or single individual.
And it would make a good bedside refrigerator. It has door shelves that can carry 1L bottles.
And it has the usual removable trays to help with space organization.
If you require something with extra space for heavy storage then consider larger refrigerators or even freezers from the brand.
Power Consumption
The low power consumption is impressive. This Thermocool refrigerator uses less than 100w and even requires less power than some television sets.
This is one of it’s biggest selling points. And the fact that it can withstand voltage fluctuations is an added bonus.
But I would still advice you to use it with a stabilizer.
You can power this fridge even with a 1.5kva generator. That’s how efficient it is when it comes to power usage.

The sound is a bit loud and similar to the 80L Haier Thermocool refrigerator.
So I wouldn’t say it has silent operation compared to other fridges from the brand.
But this fridge does not give off heat while operating and you can touch the body without getting shocked.
It is also easy to clean since bloodstains don’t cling to the interior. And the compressor is easy to reach.
It is placed behind at the bottom of the refrigerator.
